Cultural Impact Game

In the Cultural Impact Workshop, you enhance your team’s cultural understanding by participating in an innovative simulation game. The original concept of Cultural Impact was based on a poverty game that simulated life in an Indian village. Our award-winning team member developed the game in an Australian context with a more cultural, business, and team-building focus.

Imagine you are forced to leave your home country to start a new life in a foreign country. What kind of cultural shock will you face? With a new living environment, a new workplace, and new cultural taboos, will you survive and thrive, or will you crumble?

Cultural Impact is an innovative, fun, and thought-provoking simulation game that helps your team members understand cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and team-building skills in a multicultural environment. Your team members will also learn how to face issues such as racial discrimination and cultural differences.
