MMM’s Cross-Cultural Success Workshop is designed to improve participants’ communication skills and awareness when working with non-English-speaking (NES) clients and staff. Participants in this workshop learn:

• Efficient and effective ways to market your products or services to non-English speaking (NES) clients
• How to negotiate with NES clients
• The business etiquette and cultural taboos of NES clients or team members
• The facts and figures about NES communities (of your choice) in Australia and around the world
• The barriers to and drivers of communication for NES cultures
• How to communicate with NES colleagues
• The importance of diversity in the workplace
